We are looking for a Paid Ads Acquisition Manager & Data Engineer to drive our growth by efficiently allocating capital across all paid channels and leveraging data engineering to measure impact. You will balance immediate customer acquisition with long term brand positioning, ensuring every marketing dollar contributes to scalable revenue and market visibility.
You are responsible for the end to end architecture of our paid media efforts, from the data pipelines that power them to the strategic decisions that optimize them. This is not a traditional media buying role. You will act as the technical architect of our growth engine. You will manage a diverse portfolio of channels, including granular search campaigns for high intent B2B buyers and global marketplaces, ensuring our growth is both scientific and scalable.

You will be the engine behind that discovery. You are accountable for the growth of highly qualified traffic through data driven paid acquisition strategies that maximize POAS while enhancing brand recognition. You will identify where the market is moving, build the infrastructure to track it, and execute the experiments that prove we are winning. You will manage a diverse portfolio of channels to acquire high value B2B customers efficiently.
Key Outcomes & Responsibilities
End to End Capital Allocation: You own the budget across Search, Social, Display, Marketplaces, and LLM discovery channels based on performance and strategic goals.
Advanced Data Engineering & Pipeline Mastery: You build and maintain the technical infrastructure required for accurate tracking, including server side pipelines and SQL based data transformations.
Strategic Growth Analysis: You analyze complex datasets to identify growth opportunities and translate those insights into concrete business plans and budget reallocations.
Outcome Driven Strategy: You do not wait for a task list. You find the opportunities to scale or cut spend to maximize POAS.
Scientific Experimentation: You design and measure robust A/B and CRO tests to validate channels and strategies, ensuring statistical significance.
Automated Transparency: You build and own the reporting layer in BigQuery and Looker Studio to provide automated transparency into CAC, POAS, and LTV.
Strategic Targeting: You deploy advanced bidding and geotargeting to focus spend on high value industrial hubs.
