Role Business Outcome

Tameson consistently earns trust and preference in the market by conveying deep technical expertise into authoritative content that makes product selection easier. This content is discoverable via SEO and AI systems, strengthens buyer confidence, and contributes directly to conversion and revenue growth.

You are accountable for:

  • High confidence in the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all public facing technical information.

  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of content strategy based on performance data, prioritizing the formats that deliver the highest user utility, conversion improvement, and direct revenue contribution.

Success is evaluated on sustained authority building, discoverability in search and AI systems, and contribution to commercial outcomes.

Role Core Ownership Areas

  1. Technical Authority & Growth Strategy

    1. Business Outcome: Tameson establishes technical authority and drives in qualified traffic, increases conversion rates, and grows revenue.

      1. Technical Accuracy: Ensure technical accuracy across all public-facing content, including the website, social media, email marketing, videos, images, etc., ensuring it is written for both engineers and non-engineers so everyone can understand.

      2. Strategic Differentiation: Define and execute strategies to ensure Tameson’s content is distinct, unique, value-adding, and hard to copy, creating a competitive moat that builds trust.

      3. Performance & Impact: Measure and optimize the commercial impact of technical content, focusing on traffic quality, conversion improvement, and direct revenue contribution.

  2. Content Creation

    1. Business Outcome: High-value, differentiated technical assets are consistently produced in the most effective formats to educate customers, grow brand recognition, and support product selection.

      1. Product Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Team to thoroughly understand our products and create content types that leverage deep internal expertise.

      2. Technical Content Creation: Create content in the most effective format for the user needs; examples include product tests, benchmarks, interviews, case studies, selection wizards, articles, tool tips, category pages, videos, white papers, diagrams, etc.

      3. Editorial Roadmap: Own the roadmap for content production, ensuring a steady stream of buyer-enabling assets that solve specific engineering problems and highlight Tameson's expertise.

  3. Machine Readability and AI Visibility

    1. Business outcome: Tameson’s technical knowledge is easily understood and surfaced by AI systems and search engines, driving qualified LLM driven demand at scale.

      1. Identify and implement the most impactful SEO and LLM levers across content, structure, and data.

      1. Monitor competitors and market shifts to identify gaps and opportunities for authority building.

      2. Ensure evolving SEO and LLM dynamics are reflected in content and authority strategy.

      3. Propose strategic authority and content initiatives aligned with category priorities and long term growth.

Job requirements

  • End to end ownership: Ability to independently own complex initiatives from problem definition through execution and accountability for results.

  • AI and LLM initiative: Enthusiasm for using AI, LLMs, and agents to improve personal productivity, enable new internal workflows and customer facing features, and inspire others to adopt similar approaches.

  • Product and technical expertise: Expert level technical understanding with the ability to reason like an engineer and validate specifications in collaboration with engineers and suppliers.

  • Judgment and prioritization: Strong technical and editorial judgment to prioritize high impact work while balancing depth, clarity, and correctness for different audiences.

  • Systems learning: Ability to continuously learn how SEO, AI, and LLM discovery systems evolve and apply those insights through experimentation and iteration.

  • Impact measurement: Ability to define, measure, and communicate the impact of technical content on revenue, conversion, authority, and other business outcomes.

  • Remote and independent work: Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively within an international and dynamic team.

Role Work Conditions

  • Employment type: Full time position.

  • Working hours: Flexible work hours, with availability required Monday through Friday and a minimum overlap of 12:00–17:00 GMT+1.
